THE OPPORTUNITY: Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process

Assist with marketing clients to carriers

Respond to client inquiries regarding enrollment, coverage, etc.

Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)

Assist with preparing OE materials, gathering census data, processing enrollments/terms/changes and other related duties

Maintain accurate and organized account files

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

have at least 2+ years of related benefits experience

are currently licensed in good standing, or willing to obtain insurance license

have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

have demonstrated Excel skills

The expected salary range for this position is $16 - $19/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
