MRI Technologist Contract Position

Schedule:

• 4 shifts per week
• 10-hour night shifts, MondayThursday
• Hours: 7:30pm6:00am

Qualifications:

• Current certification in MRI (ARRT-MR)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience operating MRI imaging equipment and protocols
• Strong understanding of safety procedures in an MRI setting, including patient screening
• Skilled in communication with both patients and interdisciplinary medical teams
• Proven ability to manage workflow efficiently during night shifts
• Commitment to patient comfort and privacy throughout the imaging process

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging, clearly explaining procedures and safety precautions
• Ensure safety for patients and colleagues in the MRI suite, strictly following all established guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality imaging results
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and maintain patient records
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
• Uphold high standards of infection control and confidentiality in all aspects of work

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
