We need an experienced financial leader to manage our day‑to‑day fiscal operations, ensuring our resources are optimized so we can continue delivering affordable, high‑quality reproductive healthcare to the communities we serve. Inside the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be the driving force behind our financial reporting and accounting team. You will not only manage the monthly close and cash management processes but also serve as a crucial strategic partner, recommending advances in financial policy to support our ongoing growth and stability. Your Day‑to‑Day Impact Lead and develop: Lead, mentor, and set high standards for our dedicated accounting team, fostering a culture of professional growth, strong performance, and interdepartmental collaboration. Drive operational excellence: Oversee day‑to‑day fiscal operations, including cash management, weekly payables, wire transfers, and health center cash handling procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Deliver strategic insights: Prepare accurate, timely monthly financial statements and analyze results to help leadership understand their data and make informed tactical decisions. Ensure compliance and readiness: Coordinate annual audits, oversee accurate tax filings, and ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance for restricted contributions.
