Eklego is proud to be leading the RN Assisted Living Program Director search for DePaul's Glenwell Senior Living Community in Cheektowaga, NY ! Their mission is to enhance each resident's quality of life by providing interactive social activities, a supportive and caring staff and personal care services that promote independence and dignity. Glenwell offers a personalized approach to delivering support and services while encouraging family members to be actively involved in the care of their loved ones.

As the RN Assisted Living Program Director, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight and coordination of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA)/Assisted Living Program (ALP), in conjunction with administrative staff and other service agencies.

The RN participates in an interdisciplinary team to support the goal of providing excellent quality care to all residents. The ALP Program is a Medicaid funded home care in an assisted living community.

What do I need for this role?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid and current New York State Registered Nurse License and Registration.
• Minimum of three-years nursing experience with one-year of home care experience in a LHCSA, CHHA or LTHHCP preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with Medicaid billing, Uniform Assessment System (UAS), and development and management of care plans.
• Must possess a valid and clean New York State driver's license that meets DePaul's clean driving record policy.
