Sales Consultant / Account Manager – SaaS & Fintech Solutions Location - Remote/In-Office Policy Hybrid role requiring employees to work onsite three days per week. Locations available : Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA. The organization is known for its customer-focused culture, collaborative work environment, and commitment to innovation within the SaaS and fintech space. Job Description Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant / Account Manager to support small business customers within a fast-paced SaaS and fintech environment. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and customer relationship support through both inbound and outbound interactions. The ideal candidate will help customers identify payment and bill pay solutions that fit their business needs while managing relationships throughout the onboarding and adoption process. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and experience working within a performance-driven environment using Salesforce CRM. Duties and Responsibilities Engage with small business customers through inbound and outbound communication channels Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer needs, goals, and operational challenges Recommend SaaS and fintech solutions related to payments, bill pay, and financial workflows Manage customer relationships throughout onboarding and adoption periods Maintain pipeline activity and customer records within Salesforce CRM Meet or exceed defined sales, productivity, and customer experience metrics Support customer onboarding for payment and bill pay solutions Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support business objectives Adapt to changing business priorities and customer needs Deliver a positive and professional customer experience aligned with company values Required Experience/Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, fintech, payments, banking, lending, or related customer-facing roles Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales or account management responsibilities Strong consultative sales and customer engagement skills Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar customer management platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships over time Proven ability to meet sales, productivity, or performance goals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves Experience in merchant services, payment processing, banking, or lending environments Accounts payable (AP) or accounts receivable (AR) experience Experience with fintech or payment platforms such as Bill.com, Ramp, Melio, or similar solutions Experience supporting small business customers Familiarity with financial or accounting software platforms Schedule Office locations available in Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA Potential schedules may range between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time depending on assigned team Flexibility to complete portions of evening shifts remotely when approved Approximately 3 weeks of training followed by 1 week of nesting/live customer support Pay & Benefits Summary $24.86/hour W2 Benefits available Up to $1,300 net monthly bonus potential based on performance SaaS Sales | Fintech | Account Management | Payments | Merchant Services | Salesforce | Banking | Lending | Customer Success | Inbound Sales | Outbound Sales | Hybrid Jobs | Plano TX Jobs | Atlanta GA Jobs | Small Business Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
