Marketing Intern

Company Overview Trademark Property Company, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is a full‑service real estate firm specializing in the development, investment, and management of mixed‑use, retail, multifamily, and office properties. Job Overview We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented, and driven Marketing Intern to join the property management team at Perkins Rowe. This paid internship offers an immersive, hands‑on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of destination marketing, social media curation, tenant relations, and commercial real estate operations. Job Type: Internship | Duration: Late August through mid‑December | Reports To: Marketing Director. Responsibilities Execute and program fall events and community gatherings. Support on‑site activations, including logistics, setup, guest interaction, and teardown. Assist with peak‑season event‑driven calendar during fall. Manage extended shifts, often until 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM. Plan, capture, and create engaging on‑site media for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Maintain property website event calendars, tenant directories, and digital marketing materials. Engage merchants, collect details on upcoming sales and promotions. Provide administrative support to the on‑site property management team. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Basic experience with social media content creation, photography/videography apps is preferred. High‑energy, enthusiastic, hands‑on learning mindset. Social, approachable, and motivated to engage with local shoppers, retailers, and event attendees. Growth‑mindset, sees fast‑paced projects as opportunities to grow skills. Availability & Scheduling Must be available for the full internship duration from late August through mid‑December. Must be flexible for evening (up to 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM) and occasional weekend work. Core Attributes Energy & professionalism, upbeat, proactive, self‑motivated. Detail‑oriented, can multi‑task and follow instructions. Excellent interpersonal skills, represents property positively in public.
