Senior Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90, to $, per year. Job Responsibilities Support planning and forecasting activities by preparing models, reviewing trends, and assisting with the yearly budget process. Work with teams across the organization to gather financial information and provide insights that support operational and strategic needs. Review actual results against budgets and forecasts and prepare explanations that highlight key drivers of performance. Prepare financial reports, metrics and schedules for leadership, investors and external partners and ensure information aligns with accounting records. Contribute to cost reviews, capital evaluations and special projects while improving financial processes and tools. Requirements 4+ years of experience in financial planning, finance, business analytics or a related area ideally within consumer goods, manufacturing, retail or similar industries. Understand planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes and be comfortable analyzing trends that impact financial results. Use Excel at an advanced level and work confidently within enterprise systems with experience in NetSuite or similar platforms considered helpful. Communicate clearly with both financial and non‑financial partners and translate complex information into understandable insights. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment manage several priorities and approach challenges with a problem‑solving mindset. Qualifications A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field with advanced certifications considered beneficial. Build and maintain financial models while ensuring accuracy, reliability and alignment with business needs. Use planning tools, data platforms and visualization programs to support analysis and strengthen reporting. Demonstrate strong business judgment by understanding cost structures, unit economics and drivers of profitability.
