About the Role The Director of Community Relations leads the marketing and outreach efforts to promote the community, build relationships, and achieve occupancy goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective residents. Conduct tours and presentations for families and referral sources. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups. Coordinate community events and outreach initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction levels. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Two years' experience in senior living sales or healthcare marketing. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM and lead tracking systems. Physical Requirements Ability to travel locally and attend events as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
