Kitting Specialist
This role involves unloading parts from the paint line, inspecting them for defects, and packaging the correct parts onto pallets to fulfill specific work orders. It requires consistent physical activity, including lifting up to 30 pounds and moving throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Unload parts from the paint line.
- Inspect parts for defects.
- Package parts onto pallets according to work order specifications.
- Utilize a computer and work instructions to kit parts from the paint line.
- Handle materials and perform warehouse duties, including labeling and palletizing.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Proficiency in inspection and unloading processes.
- Material handling and warehouse experience.
- Competence in labeling, palletizing, and using loaders.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to work 10-hour days over a 4-6 month period.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
