Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Professionally answer all incoming calls and redirect them accordingly.
• Provide callers with company information such as company address, directions to jobsite locations, company website, employment application, and other related information.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming daily mail.
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail.
• Assist other administrative offices with filing, scanning, sorting, and other various responsibilities.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
• Assist in special event planning.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detail oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
