Zeno is a DJE Holdings Company.Job Description:Analyst, Data & Intelligence StrategyThis role is for a n Analyst in a communications world – straddling the intersection between numbers and messages. Daily, you will utilize tools , strategies , and emerging AI platforms to translate news, raw data, and information into valuable business insights and optimization suggestions. In addition to other Analysts, you will work closely with PR workstreams in order to implement data-driven recommendations generated through proprietary in-house learnings at scale and across multiple clients.As an Analyst , you will act as a day-to-day researcher of analytics for your respective accounts and clients , both ensuring the quality of continuing efforts well as new business opportunities. This role will be focused on high-impact monitoring work while also blending traditional analytics and measurement with groundbreaking AI and GEO research. You will deploy industry-leading tools and resourceful thinking to find and aggregate breaking news and data. You’ll then be part of a talented team responsible for translating that raw information into savvy intelligence for stakeholders by way of reports , newsletters, crisis alerts, traditional reporting , and AI intelligence briefs.The candidate must be data agnostic, willing to leverage information from a bevy of sources to best analyze the problem and forge a solution. Candidate must also carry strong appetite for reading , ruthless attention to detail, and very strong writing skills – they will succeed swiftly if they bring an ability to digest large amounts of information quickly. Our work is ultimately aimed at guiding strategic decisions for clients, uncover ing insights and real-time optimization opportunities that impact the bottom line.This analytics team works in lockstep with the digital and account team s at Zeno Group and will interact with every facet of the organization and, at times, clients as well. If you have an affinity for a wide gamut of data and are yearning to augment your knowledge, this role will allow you access to some of the most diverse data sets and tools around. This person must be willing to optimize existing processes & implement new ones, create best practices, work cross-functionally, ensure data validation, as well as build data visualizations from the ground up.About You:Highly Organized : There are a lot of moving pieces and various deadlines, someone who is intrinsically motivated to stay organized and keep things straight will be highly valuable to the team.A Self-Starter : Someone who loves tackling challenges head on and takes initiative frequently will not miss a beat with this crowd.Love Technology : An aptitude for and general interest in technology will go a long way in success for this role. Must be eager and willing to adopt, implement, and optimize strategies around the intersection of data and AI.Think Critically : Sometimes the simplest solution is in fact the correct one – but it takes intense scrutiny to assure that conclusion.Be Fearless : You’re not going to know everything and that’s okay.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in a client-facing analytics/consultant role.Excellent time management skills and are highly organized.Experience with digital tools, including but not limited to: Cision, MuckRack , Talkwalker , PeakMetrics , Profound, MailChimp, etc.Experience with and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, etc.Experience working with and creating briefs, newsletters, a nd /or dashboards used to inform business decisions.Experience with measurement, media planning and media mix modeling ideal.Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office applications with specific experience in Excel ( i.e. pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.)Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.Understand marketing and the various metrics that come with them, with a particular focus on PR and digital metrics.Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecti ng data from multiple data systems a plus .Pay Range: $60,000-$ 70,000 USD/yrAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
