Senior Accountant Financial Reporting Location: Irving, TX Pay: 75,000 to 95,000 annually, depending on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Direct Hire Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr A mission-driven organization is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to lead forecasting, budgeting, and ERP-related reporting. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong visibility across finance and leadership teams. You’ll deliver forecasts and budgets, build reporting tools, and serve as a key finance partner during a system transformation. The role requires hands‑on ERP experience and strong financial acumen. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central is strongly preferred. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support planning Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards for leadership Lead finance-related tasks during ERP system implementation Ensure financial data is accurately captured and reported Work closely with finance leadership to monitor performance Support audit preparation and external reporting needs Train and support internal teams on ERP finance functions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 3 or more years in FP&A, financial systems, or public accounting ERP experience required Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central experience strongly preferred CPA candidate preferred Experience supporting audits is a strong plus Strong Excel and reporting skills required Benefits include Medical insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k), Paid maternity leave. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly
