Accounting Assistant
$22 - $26 per hourWorkway

The Accounting Assistant isresponsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:- Post General Ledger transactions as directed.
- Post investment payments.
- Monitor and process stale-dated corporate checks.
- Maintain offsite storage records.
- Process member wire transfers and ACH transactions.
- Prepare and submit State of California Department of Business Oversight reports.
- Process federal and state IRA withholding.
- Manage the Post Office Reply Account.
- Maintain fixed asset inventory records.
- Order office supplies.
- At least 1 year of recent accounting or ACH-related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ATM experience.
- Experience with Symitar.
- Previous bank or credit union experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
