Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer-oriented candidate for a contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunity with an excellent healthcare organization located in the Avon, IN area! What You'll Be Doing Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure. Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times. Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered. Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination. What You'll Need to Bring Some office, food service, or retail experience required . Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required . Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required !
