Ironworker PositionBaldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for experienced Ironworkers to join our Industrial Services Team. This position will work in the Little Rock metro area. This is a full-time position with standard work hours, but hours can vary depending on the project time frame.The Ironworker is responsible for laying out and fabricating structural steel and sheet metal. You will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent. As a core company member, you will be expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable, and attentive while also being accurate.
