AI Solutions Architect (Project Lead)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Solutions Architect with strong developer and solutions architecture depth, you will be hands-on in developing, testing, and deploying AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems and project-level applications
The Project Lead will be responsible for creating an integrated system where persona intelligence, data pipelines, AI, automated workflows, and analytics seamlessly support human engagement.
This is a builder's role: we're looking for someone who can move fluidly between architecture-level strategy and hands-on implementation, not a strategy-only consultant or a pure researcher.

Core Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Integration: Lead the overarching design to connect prospect data, CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, analytics, and AI capabilities, ensuring a cohesive ecosystem rather than a collection of disconnected tools.
• Data Strategy for Signal Detection: Architect data pipelines and analytics models to capture observable engagement and behavioral data. Use these models to identify changing intent, disengagement, or moments that require different communication or human follow-up.
• AI-Driven Personalization at Scale: Develop scalable AI solutions that leverage validated persona insights, stated preferences, and real-time engagement signals to dynamically adjust content, messaging, and sequencing without treating personas as fixed labels.
• Intelligent Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated routing, scheduling, reminders, and service tasks that optimize internal operations while preserving essential human ownership over key relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technology transformation, with a proven ability to design integrated ecosystems that seamlessly connect prospect data, CRM/workflow, digital engagement, and analytics (avoiding disconnected tools).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI, automation, or decision-support solutions, specifically applied to behavioral signal detection, intelligent workflow automation (routing, alerts, scheduling), and persona-informed personalization on a scale.

• Ability to act as the primary technical liaison, seamlessly translating medical education strategy, audience definitions, and persona intelligence into actionable technical requirements and architecture.
• Experience managing the rapid, secure development and deployment of complex prototypes.
• Strong communication skills to lead joint development efforts between strategic consortium leads, marketing teams, and engineering squads.
