Injection Mold Operator

Location: Willoughby, OH

Pay Rate: $16-$17/hr plus $2.50/hr

Shifts: 2nd M-F, 3P-11P or 3 RD S-TH 11PM-7AM

Responsibilities

• Operate ceramic injection molding machines according to specifications.
• Monitor the molding process to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and maintain documentation of production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in injection molding or working with ceramic materials preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and process instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
