If this sounds like something you're interested in, apply today!The Plant Director will be responsible for:Lead all site operations with full accountability for safety, quality, productivity, environmental compliance, and cost performanceOwn and execute the plant's operational plan in line with budget, forecast, and production targetsManage full P&L performance, including volume, sales, and EBITDA deliveryDevelop and maintain a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate standardsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teamsDrive continuous improvement, process optimization, and productivity initiatives across the siteDevelop, mentor, and lead the operations leadership team while fostering a positive and accountable cultureOversee capital planning, budgeting, and long-term operational strategyThe Plant Director should have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or technical discipline preferred10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with prior plant leadership experience preferredBackground in nonwovens, paper, converting, extrusion, or similar process-driven industries strongly preferredProven experience managing a P&L and delivering operational performance improvementsStrong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and driving resultsTrack record of continuous improvement and change management successAbility to work effectively within a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional stakeholdersStrong communication and systems skills (Microsoft Office and ERP systems)Willingness to travel as needed (10-20%)
