Manages patient drug therapy in accordance with applicable clinical practice standards and ensures the appropriateness of medication-related requests and provider medication orders to maintain a high level of patient care and safety. Maintains current knowledge of medications, disease states, treatment guidelines, and emerging best practices relevant to assigned areas of practice. The base pay range for full-time employment is $148,304.00 - $214,926.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
