AI Growth Marketing Analyst or Intern — Lead Generation Company: Zspoke About Zspoke Zspoke is a luxury menswear company located in the heart of Victory Park in Dallas. We help discerning clients build exceptional wardrobes through high-quality garments, personalized service, and a premium in-store experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful growth marketer who can use modern AI tools to help us reach more qualified customers and identify new avenues for growth. The Opportunity This is not a passive marketing role. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads, bring new prospective customers into the Zspoke showroom, and develop a repeatable growth engine for the business. You will have the opportunity to take ownership from day one. You will test new customer‑acquisition strategies, build AI‑powered marketing workflows, conduct targeted outreach, improve our digital presence, and identify opportunities across direct‑to‑consumer, partnerships, events, wholesale, corporate clients, and other channels. The right person is a self‑starter who does not need to be handed a rigid playbook. You should be able to evaluate the business, identify promising opportunities, execute quickly, measure results, and continuously improve your approach. What You’ll Do Build and execute a practical growth strategy focused on qualified leads, showroom appointments, and new customers. Use AI and agentic tools to research prospects, identify high‑intent audiences, personalize outreach, create campaigns, and automate repetitive workflows. Develop targeted lead‑generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, search, social media, local partnerships, events, and other relevant channels. Identify and pursue potential partnerships with wedding planners, luxury apartment communities, hotels, concierges, corporate organizations, universities, professional networks, and local businesses. Explore wholesale, corporate wardrobe, wedding‑party, referral, stylist, and affiliate opportunities. Improve local SEO, Google Business visibility, website conversion, landing pages, and organic search performance. Create compelling marketing copy and campaign assets that reflect a premium luxury brand. Build systems for tracking leads from initial outreach through appointment, purchase, and repeat business. Measure campaign performance and clearly communicate what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next. Develop a repeatable growth playbook that can scale as the business grows. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of AI‑assisted growth marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Hands‑on proficiency with AI and agentic tools for research, prospecting, content creation, workflow automation, personalization, and campaign execution. A bias toward action and the ability to begin producing meaningful work immediately. Strong written communication and the ability to create polished, personalized outreach. Analytical thinking and comfort using data to evaluate campaign performance. Creativity in identifying unconventional growth opportunities. Strong organization, ownership, and follow‑through. Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, menswear, hospitality, or premium consumer experiences. Ability to work independently while collaborating directly with the founder. Strongly Preferred Experience generating leads for a local, luxury, retail, service, or appointment‑based business. Familiarity with tools for CRM, email outreach, workflow automation, SEO, analytics, social media, and lead enrichment. Experience building AI agents or automated marketing workflows. Knowledge of the Dallas market and its professional, luxury, wedding, hospitality, and real estate communities. Portfolio examples, campaign results, personal projects, or other evidence that you can turn ideas into measurable outcomes. Compensation Zspoke offers competitive compensation based on experience and capabilities, along with a highly attractive commission structure for qualified leads that convert into customers. Because Zspoke serves a premium clientele at high price points, successful lead generation can create meaningful commission upside. Specific compensation and commission terms will be discussed during the interview process.
