We are seeking a Recruiter In Training to join our team! The Recruiter In Training will work onsite at our corporate office in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Position Summary: The Recruiter In Training is an entry level recruiting position designed to develop future high performing healthcare recruiters through a structured twelve month training program. This role combines classroom learning, hands on recruiting, mentorship, and performance coaching to build the skills necessary to become a successful full cycle healthcare recruiter.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: Source healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and outbound recruiting.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow up.
• Learning and Development: Successfully complete all phases of the Recruiter In Training Program.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system and CRM.

Training Program: The Recruiter In Training Program is designed to provide a structured path to recruiting success through four progressive phases.

Performance Expectations: Performance will be measured through both activity and production metrics, including outbound recruiting calls, candidate submissions, candidate interviews completed, placements, pipeline growth, fill ratio, time to fill, candidate satisfaction, database activity, CRM accuracy, attendance and participation in training, and achievement of program milestones.

Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. One year of customer service, sales, recruiting, healthcare, or related experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, performance driven environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred: Healthcare staffing experience. Sales or recruiting experience. Experience working with CRM or applicant tracking systems.
