Fiche de poste : HSE Manager (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) Mission générale : Garantir la mise en œuvre et le respect des politiques HSE au sein de l'entreprise. Assurer un environnement de travail sûr, conforme aux normes et orienté prévention des risqu Missions principales : Déployer et suivre la stratégie HSE de l'entreprise. Identifier les risques et mettre en place des plans de prévention adaptés. Assurer la conformité aux normes légales et réglementaires. Piloter les audits internes et externes. Manager et développer les équipes HSE. Assurer un reporting régulier et structuré à la direction. Promouvoir une culture sécurité forte et durable sur le terrain. Profil recherché : Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en HSE, dont au moins 5 ans en poste managérial . Titulaire des certifications HSE obligatoires (ex : ISO 45001, ISO 14001 ou équivalentes). Maîtrise de l' anglais professionnel (écrit et oral). Excellentes compétences en reporting et analyse des indicateurs HSE . #J-18808-Ljbffr Hcb Outsourcing
