If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys SURE unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excelJob DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure. Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability Your contribution to the team: Expertise in of IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practicesRequired Skill and Experience Experience in Utilities Domain/Gas & Electric Utilities – asset management, outage management, network tracing, field mobility, etc.• Experience implementing GIS solutions in the North American Utility market.• Expertise in Esri ArcGIS platform – ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, Server, Data Store, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder.• Experience with Schneider Electric ArcFM suite – ArcFM Editor, ArcFM Server, Designer, and Fiber Manager.• Familiarity with utility systems integration – OMS, ADMS, CIS, SCADA, ERP.• Experience with cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience in Utility Network and migration strategies from geometric network.• Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS Monitor, and ArcGIS Insights.• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in utility environments.• Certifications in Esri technologies or TOGAF/Solution Architecture frameworks.• Knowledge of FME• Experience with Azure (Azure Data factory, Azure Data Explorer, etc.), Microsoft ADO boards (Code configuration & Task tracking tool)Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
