Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Leasing Associate for its national leasing practice in New York. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier clients on high-profile transactions, providing meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure. Duties Negotiate and draft retail and office leases. Collaborate with team members and clients effectively. Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in leasing law. Admitted to the New York State Bar. Strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in New York. Skills Outstanding writing and communication skills. Excellent teamwork abilities. Benefits Health insurance with optional HSA.
