In a Sr. Sales Engineer job you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting management with developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

• Conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company products and technical capabilities.

• Collaborating with cross-functional design, engineering, and production teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted market research.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns, and negotiating order bookings.

• Preparing detailed proposals, managing quotations, directing sales forecasting, and reviewing market analyses.

• Representing the company at industry events and trade association meetings, as well as providing mentorship to junior sales staff.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in technical sales, engineering solutions, or strategic business development.

• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Experience collaborating with internal engineering, design, and manufacturing/operations teams.

• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, sales statistics, and competitor activity to optimize sales strategy.
