Yellowstone Club’s Spa department is currently seeking candidates for Spa Attendants for the Winter 2026-2027 season.

Responsibilities Include:

• Clean and maintain spa and wellness center premises in accordance with Club cleaning standards
• Replenish stocks
• Control inventory and ensure constant supply at all times
• Answer Member/guest inquiries
• Straighten up, maintain, and clean treatment rooms after each treatment
• Perform receptionist duties such as answering multi-lined phones and inputting Member spa requests into computer system, as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment
• Handle Member/guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Report damage of any kind to Supervisor
• Comply with all Club policies/procedures and standards of operation
• Comply with OSHA standards for chemical handling

Position Requirements:

• Min 3 months spa attendant experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
• Basic computer skills
• Must be guest oriented and a great problem solver
• Able to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly
• Regularly required to talk and/or hear; frequently lift up to 30 pounds
• Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
• Constantly required to stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must pass pre-employment background check, paid for by the employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers.

The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.
