Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL 60606

Duration: 12-month contract

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive the strategy and delivery of mid-to-experienced-level professionals within the client's People & Investments US Health & Benefits business.

In this role, you will help shape how we attract, assess, and hire experienced Sales Professional Consultants, while supporting a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of working in a local office at least three days per week.

What can you expect:

As a key advisor, you will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, leveraging targeted sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies to attract and engage top talent. You will ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience while driving hiring manager alignment and process efficiency.

We will count on you to:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
\n
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, people partners, and our internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, confirm role requirements, build recruiting hiring strategies and support hiring decisions.
\n
• Attract and engage a diverse talent pool through innovative and cost-effective methods, utilizing LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other tools.
\n
• Support a positive candidate experience and help ensure recruiting interactions reflect our culture and values.
\n
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, interviewing best practices, and offer strategy
\n
• Manage candidate communications to maintain engagement and deliver timely updates throughout the hiring process.
\n

What you need to have:

\n
• Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
\n
• Agency recruiting experience, combined with professional services, with a proven track record of successfully placing sales professionals
\n
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably focused on the Professional Services industry, including Sales and B2B
\n
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment technologies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to process excellence.
\n
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
\n
