Do you enjoy working with people and have a creative side? Baskin-Robbins is looking for a friendly, dependable, and creative  Scooper / Ice Cream Cake Decorator to join our team!

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service with cake decorating. You'll help serve our guests, scoop ice cream, prepare frozen treats, and create custom ice cream cakes for birthdays, graduations, holidays, weddings, and other special occasions.

Cake decorating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, creative, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, outstanding customer service.
• Scoop ice cream and prepare cones, cups, sundaes, milkshakes, smoothies, and other Baskin-Robbins treats.
• Build, frost, and decorate Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes.
• Create custom cake designs using icing, piping, writing, chocolate decorations, edible images, and other decorating techniques.
• Work with customers to take custom cake orders and help bring their ideas to life.
• Prepare cakes for our display freezer and keep a variety of popular designs available for customers.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions.
• Keep the front counter, cake decorating area, equipment, and store clean and organized.
• Restock ice cream, toppings, cones, cups, cake supplies, and other products as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Baskin-Robbins standards.
• Help monitor inventory and minimize product waste.
• Work as part of a team and help wherever needed during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Cake decorating experience is preferred, but  we are willing to train the right candidate .
• Artistic or creative ability is a plus.
• Previous Baskin-Robbins, ice cream shop, restaurant, bakery, or food-service experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly and comfortable working directly with customers.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team member.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash-handling and computer skills.
• Willing to learn Baskin-Robbins cake decorating and product standards.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work around freezers and refrigerated products.
• Availability for a combination of daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
