Job Description:

We are seeking 3 full-time experienced OB/GYN physicians for a 12+ month locum opportunity. Physicians will cover outpatient clinic shifts Monday through Friday, providing support and guidance for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Midwives managing complex patients. Flexibility into the OR will be required based on elective surgical volumes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in OB/GYN; those with 2+ years plus fellowship will also be considered. The role includes mentoring new-grad providers in the future, though not acting as a proctor for procedures. Providers will be expected to work in both outpatient and OR settings, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime applies after 40 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is $450 per hour, with overtime provided after 40 hours. All applicants must submit updated CVs with explanations for any employment gaps or malpractice claims.

• Guaranteed Hours: 8 per day
• Overtime: Applies after 40 hours per week

Credentialing Requirements:

• Current CV uploaded with bid
• Active or IMLC license
• DEA required
• Board Certified (BC)
• Additional skills/certifications as applicable
