Job Description Ameriprise Financial has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Product Owner to join a high-impact agile team focused on Secure Message Center, Virtual Assistant, and Live Agent Chat capabilities across the Client Secure Site. In this role, you'll partner closely with product, engineering, UX, content, risk, and compliance teams to deliver secure communication and self-service experiences that support client and advisor needs. You'll help advance key strategic priorities across messaging and conversational support experiences while identifying opportunities to improve engagement, streamline servicing, and evolve future communication and support capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of product strategy and delivery for one or more agile Scrum teams. Represent the customer and business needs throughout the product lifecycle, defining roadmaps, priorities, and requirements. Define and execute digital product strategy. Establish and monitor key performance indicators aligned to business outcomes and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership. Partner with business, technology, UX, risk, and compliance stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements aligned to strategic objectives. Own product backlogs, roadmap planning, and prioritization activities to ensure teams are focused on delivering measurable customer and business value. Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, drive engagement, and support business growth through ongoing assessment of customer needs, product performance, and market trends.
