Client is seeking an experienced SAP WM + TM Consultant to join our team and support end-to-end logistics processes, including warehouse operations and transportation management. The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain and logistics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP WM and TM modules for inbound, outbound, and internal logistics.
• Configure and optimize Warehouse Management processes such as putaway, picking, packing, stock transfers, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
• Implement Transportation Management processes , including freight planning, carrier selection, shipment creation, execution, and freight settlement.
• Work on integration between WM, TM, and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM, and FI/CO).
• Design and configure shipping and receiving processes , including deliveries and warehouse activities.
• Support transportation planning and optimization , including route determination, load planning, and scheduling.
• Configure transportation charges, contracts, and settlement rules .
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver process improvements.
• Develop and execute testing scenarios (unit, integration, and UAT) for WM and TM processes.
• Participate in cutover, go-live, and post-production support .
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for WM and TM functionalities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP WM and 3+ years in SAP TM .
• Strong expertise in warehouse processes (inbound/outbound logistics, HU management, RF transactions, cross-docking, wave management, stock transfers, and physical inventory).
• Hands‑on experience in transportation processes , including planning, tendering, carrier collaboration, freight order management, and cost calculation.
• Proficiency in integration between WM and TM , as well as with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Logistics is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Freight Settlement and Transportation Charge Management .
• Strong understanding of logistics execution processes and their impact on supply chain operations.
• Good communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industry is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM + TM experience.
• Knowledge of Fiori apps for WM/TM.
• SAP WM or TM Certification.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments .
