• Retirement (403b) Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Fruitland is a busy, well-established practice in a growing part of the community. SAMG Fruitland has providers dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients in a rural health setting. The clinic is co-located with Urgent Care and has x-ray and phlebotomy on site. A robust Hospitalist program covers inpatient patient need, so inpatient medicine is limited. The clinic utilizes the Epic® for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry, so experience with EMR is highly encouraged. Support: Larger system resources. On-site specialties include orthopedics, podiatry, physical therapy, occupational medicine, and bariatric surgery. Requirements:
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant medical license in Idaho and Oregon; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho and Oregon; Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
• A strong medical background and a desire to support an established practice in a growing multi-specialty medical group.

This involves direct management of the patient including, but not limited to, the following exams, procedures, and services: school and sports physicals, acute illness & injuries, and chronic disease management, et al. The provider will also ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the medical treatment facility and request timely consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
