Business Program Manager, Platforms, Education Impact

Manage the learning management system, credentialing infrastructure, and registration platforms, enabling content program managers to efficiently upload new learning paths and labs.Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, and ensure data security compliance.Automate cross-platform dashboards and provide weekly/monthly data reports to measure program efficacy.Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience in program or project management.Experience working with third-party vendors, defining business requirements, managing agreements, deliverables, and API/LTI integrations.Experience administering learning platform management systems.Preferred qualifications:Program Management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience in stakeholder management.Experience in Education.Demonstrated administrative experience with intellum (or comparable enterprise LMS solutions) and digital credential platforms like accredible or credly.Google is dedicated to transforming the future of learning and research through the power of artificial intelligence.
