Sales Engineer

In this role you will work directly with engineers and production managers at customer sites across North America — reviewing machine designs, assessing spindle applications, and specifying the right solution. You are not cold calling. You are walking into facilities, getting hands-on with the equipment, and being the technical expert in the room. Full spindle training is provided, so what matters most is your engineering foundation and your ability to build trust with technical buyers. This role suits a mechanical or electrical engineer with CNC, robotics, or automation experience who is ready to move into a high-earning field sales position and wants to be the best in a niche, not average in a crowd. The Role: Doing a mix of prospecting and account management.
