Senior Infrastructure Engineer
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Bare Metal) at Telnyx, you will play a key role in deploying and maintaining our edge data centers for compute, AI, and storage solutions. You'll be part of an innovative team dedicated to transforming global connectivity through advanced technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge infrastructure solutions and contribute to the development of hypervisor services while enhancing your skills in a financially stable and growth-oriented environment.
Design, deploy, and manage highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions including Kubernetes on bare metal, Proxmox, and Ceph.
Ensure hardware design meets business and technical requirements, focusing on performance and reliability.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance virtualization solutions.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues to maintain optimal performance.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules for automation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in developing Ansible roles and playbooks with idempotency.
Proficiency in creating Terraform/Tofu modules.
Strong understanding of Linux networking and KVM/QEMU virtualization.
Familiarity with Ceph storage solutions.
