Team Lead

The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Team Leads on 2 nd shift in the Erlanger , KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of the Team Lead

$ 19 .50 /Hour
3pm-11pm M-F
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus

Responsibilities of the Team Lead

Working with team up to 10 to ensure they are meeting requirements
Provide Inspection guidance, training and auditing along with maintaining customer relationships.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment

Requirements of the Team Lead

Strong communication
Lead experience
Knowledge of inspection techniques
Experience in manufacturing environment
