Location: Youngstown, Ohio | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $550,000

A well-established and highly regarded private anesthesia practice in Youngstown, Ohio is seeking a skilled General Anesthesiologist to join their outstanding collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering a competitive $550,000 W-2 base salary, an outstanding 17 weeks off annually, home call only, and a comprehensive benefits package. • Profit Sharing: $26,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for 1 year commitment | $100,000 for 2 year commitment

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - required
• Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills - required
• Comfortable supervising CRNAs in a high volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high quality patient centered care
