Toledo non-profit seeks Manager of Accounting/Administrative Operations to be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative operations of the company.
Duties and responsibilities include formulating administrative policies and managing daily operations.
Duties include:
- Professional accounting work
- Analyze and verify fiscal records and reports
- Prepare financial and statistical reports
- Provide information to staff regarding accounting practices and procedures
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in preparing the Company’s annual and mid-year budgets
- Prepare year-end audit reports and schedules
- Train and provide technical advice to lower-level accounting personnel
- Perform related work as required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of governmental/fund accounting experience including areas of A/R and A/P, payroll/benefits and accounting supervision.
$30/hour + benefits pkg. / 1st shift, M-F
