Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Associate who is fluent in both Spanish and English. In this role, you will assist customers with mobile phones, service plans, and accessories while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity offering paid training, growth potential, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with phones, plans, and accessories
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending the best solutions
- Promote and sell wireless products while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and wireless technology
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional retail environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and interest in sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
No prior sales experience required — paid training is provided
