Schedule/Hours:

• Minimal Requested Time Off (RTO)
• Shifts as assigned, floating across all PCU floors

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license, with minimum 2 years' experience in similar-sized acute care settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Comprehensive PCU/IMCU expertise, including managing ratios of 1:3-4 with cardiac patients
• Competence in caring for STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain patients, including administration of cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
• Flexibility to cover telemetry beds in the same unit when needed
• Adaptable, reliable, and ready to work within a dynamic float pool

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to a variety of cardiac and telemetry patients
• Float effectively among PCU/IMCU units, adapting to each unit's specific needs
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
