Your Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans.
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses, either autonomously (dependent on credentials) or in tandem with physicians.
• Empowering patients and families through education on wellness, preventive health, and disease management strategies.
• Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your scope of practice.
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic disease management.

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Mandatory Credentials

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, ANCC) or relevant specialty certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
