Job Overview Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist in the Rental Division verifies customer garments and bulk products such as shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels are accurately organized into laundry bags. The Specialist weighs each bag and confirms weight parameters for the material type, then uses equipment to send properly weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates maintain the cleanliness of their work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work. Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States. 18 years of age or older. Adheres to attendance policy. Willing to work in proximity to others in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures. Communicates frequently with others to complete work activities. Handles soiled or odorous materials with appropriate protective equipment. Physical Requirements Requires standing for most of the shift.
