Workstream is seeking a General Manager for an upscale restaurant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performance team, oversee daily operations, and manage financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position requires a hands-on leader with at least 5 years of experience in fine dining, a passion for hospitality, and strong problem-solving skills.
