Required Skills & Experience Qualifications \n\nExtensive experience analyzing complex business processes and implementing technology solutions. \n\nDemonstrated ability to lead requirements and analysis across multiple systems, functions, and stakeholder groups. \n\nStrong knowledge of SDLC, requirements management, testing, implementation, and production support practices. \n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluation of business, operational, system, and data impacts. \n\nAbility to understand and use SQL, relational data, reports, integrations, and system data flows to support analysis. \n\nExperience with process modeling, requirements documentation, test planning, and business process reengineering. \n\nAbility to influence and build trust with technical and nontechnical stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. \n\nExperience coordinating or guiding analysts and IT professionals in a project environment. \n\nKnowledge of data visualization, APIs, data models, and system integration is a plus. \n\nExperience with wholesale distribution or logistics industries is a plus. \n\nEducation / Experience \n\nBachelor's degree in a technical, business, finance, accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent education and experience. \n\n5+ years of progressive experience in business process analysis and implementation of technical solutions, including demonstrated leadership of complex analysis efforts. \n\nExperience leading work in an IT project and SDLC environment. Nice to Have Skills & Experience On-Call Rotation:\n5 of them rotate. They will be on call once every 5 weeks - 7am to 5:30-6 at night. Monday - Saturday morning handling helpdesk tickets. If they have an active deployment, they will need to do a smoke test on Sunday as well. They will be working remote during their on-call week. \n\t\t• Looking at helpdesk tickets recons, few in the afternoon \n\t\t• Monday-Saturday - recon for the Friday work on sat morning \nIf they do deployment, smoke test on Sunday Job Description Summary \n\nThe Senior Business Analyst leads complex business analysis efforts across multiple systems, functions, and stakeholder groups. This role leads requirements strategy, business process analysis, solution evaluation, testing support, and implementation readiness; connects technology initiatives to measurable business value; and guides other analysts and IT professionals. The Senior Business Analyst operates with a high degree of independence and influences cross-functional decisions without direct supervisory responsibility. \n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities \n\nMaintain strategic and ongoing relationships with internal and external customers to understand operating environments, business needs, priorities, and opportunities. \n\nLead requirements strategy, elicitation, validation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for complex initiatives. \n\nLead analysis across multiple systems, business functions, data sources, integrations, and stakeholder groups. \n\nDefine the analysis approach, stakeholder-engagement plan, and documentation expectations for assigned initiatives. \n\nEnsure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with strategic business outcomes. \n\nPartner with IT teams to evaluate solution options and determine how technology can best address functional requirements. \n\nLead stakeholders in evaluating business value, operational impact, data impact, implementation readiness, and expected benefits of proposed solutions. \n\nLead business process reengineering and cross-functional process-improvement efforts. \n\nLead resolution of conflicting requirements, dependencies, and cross-functional process issues. \n\nGuide and perform QA and UAT efforts by clarifying expected behavior, assessing requirement coverage, and supporting resolution of complex issues. \n\nSupport complex production issues by coordinating business analysis, impact assessment, and stakeholder communication. \n\nIdentify, assess, and communicate significant project risks, dependencies, assumptions, decisions, and opportunities. \n\nCoordinate the work of Business Analysts and other IT professionals on assigned initiatives. \n\nReview complex analyst deliverables and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback. \n\nMentor Business Analysts and Associate Business Analysts in analysis methods, documentation, stakeholder management, testing, and application knowledge. \n\nPerform selective project management functions, including coordination of scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, as appropriate. \n\nRecommend improvements to BA standards, templates, tools, governance, and SDLC practices. \n\nFollow and promote established SDLC, change-management, documentation, testing, security, and deployment procedures. \n\nAdapt to evolving business processes, applications, analytical tools, and delivery methodologies and help promote effective practices across the team. \n\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nSalary Range: 120-125K - no bonus Insight Global
