Residential Wireman

Overview Join to apply for the Residential Wireman role at A Team Home Services . Responsibilities Oversee the installation of electrical wiring in homes, including rough-ins, outlets, light fixtures, and breaker panels. Read blueprints and electrical diagrams to follow wiring plans. Troubleshoot problems and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Create reports of customer service calls. Make suggestions for equipment upgrades while maintaining current inventory, including vans and trucks. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and ensuring all work performed complies with safety standards and regulations. Serve as the license holder on certain jobs. Qualifications Current Texas Wireman License (required) Clean driving record (required) Pass a background and drug screening (required) OSHA 10 - Construction Certification (preferred) Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with regulations Ability to build strong relationships with customers and display excellent communication skills Ability to manage workflow in a timely and consistent manner Ability to lift up to 55 pounds Computer skills including Microsoft Office Compensation $20-$25 hourly training and non-commission rate, with a potential to earn $60,000-$120,000 in commission.
