Work Environment

This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art hospital facility, where you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although occasional flexibility may be necessary to accommodate specific patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans that focus on improving patient mobility, strength, and daily functioning.
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities aimed at enhancing their physical well-being and alleviating pain.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques, as well as develop home exercise programs that empower them in their recovery process.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and various heat/cold applications, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, addressing key metrics such as range of motion, strength increases, and overall improvements in functional abilities.
• Maintain treatment areas, organize therapy equipment, and manage supplies to ensure efficient, uninterrupted therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes through coordinated care efforts.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive and motivating rehabilitation environment.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and respect for their rights.

Compensation and Benefits
