Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Academic Operations Coordinator will manage enrollment, scheduling, onboarding, and academic systems while serving as the primary point of contact for learners and families, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Key responsibilities Manage course details and enrollments across multiple programs, collaborating with school leads to maintain efficient systems for academic reporting and documentation Onboard new learners and families, ensuring a seamless transition into academic platforms and addressing any inquiries related to academic systems Support school-wide events and initiatives, coordinating logistics and communications to enhance the overall academic experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-4 years of experience in academic operations, school administration, or a related coordination role Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills Experience with Google Suite, student information systems, and learning management systems Ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
