Strategic Planning Manager

Job Description As a Strategic Planning Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywell's strategic planning initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. You will report directly to our Sr Director of Strategy and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact will include a pivotal role in an organization, responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic planning processes. Their impact is substantial and spans various critical areas, contributing to the organization's growth, profitability, and long-term success. Responsibilities Lead and drive the development and implementation of strategic plans Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape Manage and mentor the Strategic Planning team Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create compelling presentations In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and strategic planning frameworks to identify growth opportunities and guide decision‑making Experience in monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights We Value Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in strategic planning in a global organization Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Strong research and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Curiosity and eagerness to learn Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Benefits Of Working For Honeywell In addition to a competitive salary, leading‑edge work, and developing solutions side‑by‑side with dedicated experts in their fields Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
