Position Overview:

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is currently seeking a 0.8 FTE Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician(s) to join our Kent Medical Center clinic team in Kent, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience as a leader or leadership interest. Also have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $295,302 to $347,414 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals

New Hire Incentives:

• Primary Care Bonus: $100,000
• Resident Monthly Stipend: For early sign-on
• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $50,000

• Required: BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
