Production / Assembly Associate 1st Shift | Growing Company in Eldridge, IA

What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Use hand and power tools to finish and assemble products
- Read and follow work orders and basic blueprints
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards
- Package and prepare materials for shipment
- Pull inventory and build crates for outgoing orders
- Complete basic shipping/receiving paperwork
- Assist with light fabrication (cutting, drilling, measuring)
- Support production with repetitive assembly tasks
What We're Looking For
- Experience with hand and power tools
- History of doing general labor, assembly, or production
- Ability to work with machines and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Carpentry or mechanical experience
- Blueprint reading
Work Environment
- Smaller shop (under 25 employees) with a tight-knit team
- Hands-on, active role with multiple machines running
- Industrial setting with inventory, shelving, and production equipment
- 6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday's as needed.
